Why we're different
We know you'll be suspicious of 'outsiders' telling you how to run your business. So we follow the example of Jack Charlton's approach to football management: "The moment I am no longer adding value, we can shake hands and move on."
We take that view as well. Our pledge to our customers is that we will only work with you if we believe we can help you to achieve great results and that everyone is getting value. If in the course of our relationship we believe there is someone else who would be better for you to work with - we will tell you and even make the introduction if you wish.
