Moving forward

We met a business owner who had built a successful business over 20 years but he couldn't see the next step forward. Everything depended on him and he needed to remove himself from the detail of the business and allow his staff to develop. He also had a pressing need to find the time to develop a new business idea.

With the help of the Business Owners Programme he has been able to reduce his time from five days a week to one day a week without hiring a replacement for himself. This has allowed him to focus on building a new business.
