Sandra McKenna

Sandra has over twenty years of experience in education, training and management. She is qualified to teach anyone from the age of three to eighty. She has trained and lectured in early years and in management, both for national charities and for colleges, and is also a qualified NVQ assessor.

Sandra has a great deal of experience in working with volunteer organisations and charities. She has acquired excellent leadership and management skills as a result of working with a variety of organisations, including one of the largest educational charities in the country. Sandra is also an experienced team builder, able to organise and deliver in-service training for large organisations. She has successfully helped to build team cohesion and improve internal processes for many organisations. She is also experienced in writing and submitting tenders and bids for funding.

Sandra has trained teachers to teach, helping them unlock their potential as communicators. She has a particular passion for working with individual who are reluctant to speak in front of an audience, and frequently converts them into confident, successful presenters, many even grow to enjoy the process!
