One of our most essential skills is matching any given requirement with the right person. In order to do this we have gathered together a small number of experienced people with the right attitude and the background to be able to help in most circumstances. Where we do not have the right person we will assist you in finding an organisation who can help you meet your requirements better than us.
Our people have a variety of backgrounds and interests. Many have a large corporate background, for example with the BBC and IBM and they are passionate about sharing what they have learned in those organisations with the owner managed business community. They also have a variety of specialisations such as, business management, operational effectiveness, marketing and inter personal communications.
Our team can either act as external coaches and mentors to an organisation or where appropriate can join your team for a fixed period to help you make the changes which you need.
